职位描述

Responsibilities:
• Train factories on our working procedure and standard
• Train factories and convince them to follow instruction to improve quality azsnd timing up to our standards and order needs
• Give colleagues an accurate picture of the production situation in factories
• Help factories with technical indications during development process in sample room

Main activities:
- Factories training :
o Help them developing the right product : advise the cheapest alternative of making method, etc
o Explain factories about our working procedure, our organization and production steps
o Teach factories our quality standards with on-site examples and through in-line quality checking

- Quality checking and actions
o In-line inspection as per AQL standards
o DRB, and list of advices to factory to support them for a better quality
o Meetings with production people and other staff to convince them to follow the right path and improve (quality and timing)
o Measurement of the risk of the order and organization of additional visits at the right time

- Communication :
o Strong communication with factory, keeping on the customer side, but showing partnership attitude
o Clear meetings and reports to factory
o English reports to concerned colleagues (direct manager, quality manager, project developer, etc) to show the current picture and list all improvements required from the factory and eventual specific alerts.
